Booking and Cancellation Policy
Appointments can be booked online, by phone, email or in person. Some appointments may require a deposit to secure your booking.
Arrival Time
Please arrive before your appointment to allow time for consultation and to relax before your treatment.
Late arrival may result in your treatment time being reduced so that subsequent appointments are not affected. The full treatment fee may still apply.
Consultation
All new clients and those receiving certain treatments will be required to complete a consultation form. Please advise us of any medical conditions, allergies, pregnancy, medications or changes to your health before your appointment.
Cancellations
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee.
Failure to attend your appointment without notice may result in the full treatment cost being charged.
Deposits
Where a deposit has been paid:

Deposits are transferable when sufficient notice is provided.

Deposits may be forfeited for late cancellations or missed appointments.
Children
To maintain the peaceful atmosphere of the spa, we kindly ask that children attend only if accompanied by another supervising adult.
Mobile Phones
Please silence your mobile phone during your visit to help preserve the relaxing environment for all guests.
