Rescheduling & Cancellations

At Pure Day Spa, we greatly respect the time of both our clients and our estheticians. Late cancellations and missed appointments result in reserved time that cannot be rebooked, while other clients may be awaiting availability.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled service will be subject to a rescheduling fee equal to 50% of the appointment cost.

Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice (“No Show”) will be charged 100% of the service(s) booked.

To avoid any fees, we kindly request sufficient notice if you need to modify or cancel your appointment.

Allergies or Sensitivities

While we take every precaution, we cannot guarantee that a client will not experience a reaction to products used during services. Refunds are not provided in the event of an allergic reaction.

If you have known sensitivities or allergies, please inform your service provider in advance or consider scheduling a lash consultation for a patch test prior to booking.
